Forgive me, that information was erroneous. That was my TDs caliper measurement but the wrapping was on the watch. I’ve now double checked with my own calipers and can confirm it is 14.7mm. The gen is 11.8mm so it’s 3mm out, which is a lot, but when you realise that it’s also 42.5mm wide when the gen is 38mm wide, and 49mm lug to lug when the gen is 45mm, you’d have to concede that it’s bigger but kinda proportionally, which is why it doesn’t actually look too thick when you compare it to pictures of the gen, coz it’s kinda in proportion with itself!!
