by the description of the WeChat guy, I think they are a factory. he specifies no mods need to be done.

The location of the escape wheel is a dead giveaway that it's at least a BBR base. I'm also skeptical of a high-end RM35-01 rep that has a rotor considering only the 35-02 is an automatic. Minor detail but I would expect better.

Looks like there's a rotor in there but it could just be the photos. Check 7:00 on both the first and third pics. Doesn't look quite the same as the rotor on the other one but it does look like there's something hiding back there!
To me this whole seiko base movement thing looks like a big fund raiser for the real clone haha

I still want to know what the fuck that plate is near the bottom of the movement between 6:00 and 8:00 on the 35-01. It's clearly there, and clearly (from this photo) not a rotor.
