Rose Gold Bracelet or Yellow Gold

I am struggling to decide to buy Rose Gold Bracelet or Yellow Gold. I am thinking of buying Cartier Santos 40mm and Day Date Rolex. Anyone has opinion which looks more authentic and not too artificial.

If I had to choose which was less artificial looking - rose gold or yellow gold - I'd choose stainless.

It'll largely depend on which versions you're thinking of buying, from which factory. If you share a little more detail about exactly what you're looking at, members who already own or know the models will chime in.

I have a no gold rule, looks like shit if the plating starts to wear off, not something you have to worry about with a stainless model and also I'm not enough of a pimp to pull it off anyway

Ya I was worried about that as well, plating can't be that good on a $500 watch. I might consider steel or two tone
