Real Meteorite Dial for Rolex GMT?

Wouldn’t it be a worth the factories to build it? If Invicta can do it for $250, why not ARF, Noob, or VSF? I’m thinking of measuring this dial for a franken...but I don’t want sacrifice my Invicta; plus, I’ve never removed indices.

Seems like the factories would be able to do it though...the reps are always a little off, but the fake meteorite is very poor facsimile currently...

Yeah I never understood that. Even if the Invicta Meteor Dial is fake/man made, it still looks way more convincing than that printed crap the rep companies give us.

Its made from a different meteor , Rolex uses Gibeon

I think the invicta is a real meteorite...raddave is correct; plus any lesser, real meteorite would be leaps and bounds above the printed dials. They even could put a real meteorite with light modifications/camouflage to get it closer, but I’d be happy with a real meteorite dial. I’d buy an Omega Grey Side (already have this with printed dial) and the Rolex GMT.

My hat is off to you sir! This looks like a fun project. I would be interested in the finished dial if that is an option. I understand if not. That is quite the dedication to the hobby. Any plans on the Omega Grey Side Chronograph? If you were closer, I’d offer to help.
