Two options in my opinion - gaffa tape (most things can be fixed with this), or (my favourite) an expert.

Well, his name is "loudmofo", so I assume he did a particularly loud "MOFO!!" and the sonic boom blasted off the bezel assembly and spun the crystal round.

I vote for a couple of good tall glasses of beer and then a good combination of super glue and duct tape.... or if you actually care about the watch send it out to someone who actually knows what they're doing. I am afraid to ask how that happened, although I can venture a guess and it doesn't go anywhere pretty.
