The decoration plates on the Seamaster ceramic

Are they screwed on the movement or just affixed with tiny double tape ?
I want to regulate the watch and I get this feeling its taped on as all the screws look phony

It is screwed to the movement. You need to unscrew the rotor by turning the centre piece and then remove the hands and dial then you will then see the 2 screws holding the deco cover on.
