Spongebob insert on a daytona panda

So i have a Noobv3 daytona with a CF Bezel is it really worth it to plate the Bezel in platinum by Spongebob or the CF bezel is fair enough?

Nivka , Just with gentle soap and microfiber. The “0” in the 60 seems be have a dark spot and the other inlays don’t really have a shimmer or shine.

Post some pics. I find my CF quite dull in anything but bright light next to my gen sub and gmt with gen insert

Try using a toothbrush and soap. It gets into the grooves better. I just did it on mine and it does make a difference

Nivka I have the same on my cf bezel it feels alittle dull / silver when not in nice lighting. Was afraid that cleaning would make it worse though, might give it a try now. Thanks !

That's the same question I asked Spongebob as I am sending a gen insert to him for relume job. He told me that he can do it but they will smudge and possibly deteriorate over a relatively short period of time. I would just use a CF insert and done with it.
