    Submariner Experts, Stand By............

Hey guys. Just wanted some opinions on my new to me Rolex Submariner 116616LN? Can anyone confirm the version I have as the seller was a bit vague? I can upload some more photos later (I’m struggling to get a good shot with the lighting in my car). Many thanks.

          Franken, or genuine?

It just goes to show even a gen pearl can be off center.

I am not even close to an expert...but aren't those the 'sexy' lugs found on gen?...definitely not the blocky ARF lugs.

So I guess it's all come full circle, now we're trying to pass off gen as a rep. I don't know there OP. Enjoy your new watch

                  Lol.

Look at those lugs. Whats so hard about making lugs like that?

And the rim on the lume? Such small details make such a huge difference.

Um... I thought this was a Franken. So it seems this is the case to have. If it’s a v9 Noob case, then I regret parting with mine even more...

So here is the details guys:

I bought this with high risk from a member next door who had only been a member for a few days!!! I know-risky!!! I got his number and started messaging and he seems legit. It was sold to me with these specs:

base of the watch is a noob v9 3135

                      gen parts are
                      gen crystal
                      Gen datewheel
                      Gen insert
                      Noob bracelet

Basically I just wanted some reassurance from the experts that I don’t have a “rotten egg” and the parts are as he says.

Thanks for all the comments guys. Stay safe.

Clearly a very good buy - and good that you ignored my advice to steer clear lol! Also, I might need to rethink my philosophy that a Franken isn't worth buying unless it's got a gen dial...
