1st Rolex Datejust, 2nd PAM1616, what next ?

Hi All,

I have totally caught the replica bug. Over Christmas, I ordered the Rolex Datejust from Sead @ Supermirrors, and really pleased with it.

Today I ordered my second watch from Sead, the PAM 1616. Hopefully receive it in a few days as the watch and I are both in the UK.

So, I have a smart dress watch and a high end dive watch (although not really waterproof !). Any suggestions on my next purchase in order to complement these 2 ?

I would genuinely be interested in any opinions ?

Congratulations! Good start for a nice collection. How about adding a classic dress watch now? Leather bracelet, simple dial without complications (or at most a date display), two or three hands.

Seems like a good choice to get something simple with a leather strap.

I particularly like the Jaeger LeCoulture Master Ultra Thin you have. Very classy. I also like the IWC Portuguese in your collection. I will have to research these models.

Do you have a favourite? Any issues with either of them ?

I'd go for the IWC Portofino. It's a Super Rep. The only problem is the replica strap. (But that sucks on pretty much every rep.) With a genuine IWC leather strap, this watch can hardly be distinguished from the gen. I sent my black Portofino to Ado123; he silenced the rotor. Now everything is optically and mechanically perfect. Go for it mate.

I have the bug really badly. I have only had the PAM1616 and already thinking about the next one. Taking on the advice from trendconcept, I have been looking at the IWC Portfino.

I have read a few posts on this forum about the blue dial version of the 150 year edition, but I really like the look of the white dial.

I have only seen this listed with Puretime, and not sure why. The link is

It looks like it comes with a genuine Swiss movement and genuine crocodile strap, and is a super clone.

I would love to know anybodies experience with this watch, or why it might only be available with pure time ?
