What are good/bad QC results?

I am new to buying reps. Wondering if anyone here can explain to me what some good QC results are and what results to avoid.

What is a good rate/amp/b.e/lift ?

This is golden! thank you Just wondering on the rate. The publisher writes:
"great : +/- 5 s/d, acceptable : +/- 12 s/d, If higher / lower?"
Do you know if that means between 5 to 12 or? what if its 8 or 6 for example is that good rates? or does it have to be either 5 or 12

I think that as a general rule newcomers are overly obsessed with QC.

Check to see that the watch ordered is the same watch the TD has for you. Check and see that all the hands and indices are on the watch and ok it
