Submariner dual time insert?

Shot in the dark, but has anyone seen or know of a rep insert for a five digit sub that has hour markers? Yeah I know: “ get a gmt”. But I love my sub and believe this would be a great idea.

Here is a seiko mod I saw yesterday.

No need for a second hour hand. Just spin the bezel and bobs your uncle

i guess you can change it to GMT insert,but still will be countercloskwise rotated, not both directions

I know YM insert he used to sell for Seikos was the same and fit the reps ,

so maybe he has something that would work for you ....

I seemed to remember I reached out a while back regarding a custom insert for my five digit Sean YM. The sizes were not compatible. Hmmmm.
