Looking for the perfect Pepsi

I’m so close to pulling the trigger on an Omega Seamaster Sedna... but... I don’t want to give up on finding the perfect Pepsi first.
The red and blue would be on the brighter side.
40mm or less (small wrist).
and last, but not least, and don’t everybody freak out... NOT a Rolex.

If such a thing doesn’t exist, I’ll buy the Sedna.

Any suggestions?

though the red and blue aren’t as bright as I’d like, I’ve wanted a Tudor for a while.
The other Tudors I like don’t have a date wheel, which puts me off.
