Help me with this 16613LB insert

Hi guys,
I have this insert for 16613LB gen flat four with faded silver numbers and pearl crocked.

Could some expert help me pricing it?
I don't have any 16613 so there is no reason for keeping it.

I bought the same gen insert M2M in 2017 for $100 USD and installed it on my TC LV. The insert was in perfect condition with no scratches. It is probably worth more today.
