Rolex tc with sh3135 movement

Hi. I have a tc with sh 3135 movements problems.

Looks like the watch runs slow with the crown screw out, it does not keep time. But when I tighten the crown the movement slows down and stops after 5 sec.

Is this a major problem or easy fix? Does any one know what the problem could be?

The stud on the set lever that stops the balance wheel has probably moved, or your stem is too long, or perhaps both. I would take it to a friendly watchsmith to take a look as it will have to be disassembled for sure, not an easy fix if for easy you mean something you can fix for yourself without opening the watch, unfortunately.
