Yup - just asking for general purposes. Thought it might be something generic. I'll email them.

The password hasn’t worked for me while using Google Chrome on PC or iPad. It just continues to ask for the password.

Using Safari on the iPad it works. I reported this to Ruby’s and got an email reply that just said “tsk”.
