Hello,
I have an issue with Royal Mail, actually a 2nd one in a period of a couple of months.
A packge was sent from UK to Croatia and according to tracking it shows as delivered but not in Croatia but in France (!!!) and the town where it’s apparently delivered is not existent (!!!). Did anybody experience a similar situation? If yes, what was the outcome?
I asked the sender to contact Royal Mail to open an investigation and they said it could be done only 20 working days after the due date of delivery.
The package was shipped using Royal Mail International track & signed.
