How long to run a winder?

Hi,

To keep an auto wound when not wearing it, for how long each day should an electric watch winder be run?

I know the watches have a mechanism to stop them being overwound, but I don't want to leave it spinning 24/7.

I wouldn't put my watches in any auto winder. It's like putting your car on a rolling road in your garage when your not using it .
