I received my Noob v8 submariner from Puretime less than four months ago, and the date wheel is already broken. When I'd previously asked them to replace a pin, it took six weeks and cost $15. I can only imagine how long it'd take them to fix this. And I don't know if there's even a warranty.
I live in LA. Can anyone recommend the best way to get this fixed? I'd be kind of embarrassed bringing this watch into a repair shop given it's a rep. Is there an online place? And how much should this cost?
