Flaked inlay on noob Rolex, is this very common and is it easily replaceable?

I have a noob v1 sd43 I purchased used from a member here. It is around 2 years old or more I believe. About a month ago the 43 and 45 minute hashmarks flaked off and are resting inside on the bottom of the crystal. The flaked off part is around 1mm x2.5mm.

Would this be easy to fix/replace, and if so anyone in particular I should use to fix it on the forum?

Just curious if this problem is common as my Google search with flaked or chipped inlay didn't turn up any results.

Thanks!

That looks like the paint is coming off the dial. since it's a new model I assume you've only had the watch a short time. contact your dealer and see if you can get them to send you a replacement dial, and then have it installed locally. That's not common. it probably got chipped during assembly and it's gotten worse since
