Wrist clean, Cape Cod, and Microfiber for the most part.

Soap and water when washing hands. To deal with small scratches and abrasions cape cod is good for polished services, and either Scotch-Brite or Bergon blocks for brushed services. Occasionally I will take the bracelet off the watch and place it in ultrasonic cleaner, and then lubricated bass bring it down with WD-40 and working it in then washing it off thoroughly with soap and water again. Side note never put the watch head in ultrasonic cleaner and never spray WD-40 on the watch head

lick, wipe with bottom of t shirt.
Yes! That's the way to do it!! Hahaha

But seriously, I use baby oil on all my bracelets. They turn smooth as butter.

For watch head, warm soapy water with soft brush will do the trick.
