TD won't switch out a bad watch, am I unreasonable to reject on this huge flaw?

Yeah I rejected it. Money is better spent elsewhere anyway. Thanks for the help guys, I made the decision.

It's more than just the lume though, the markers are completely wrong, some are grey and some are white, that's the issue.

Yes, that is the lume. It can be fixed if one wishes.

I have never ordered this model due to this known flaw
