Advice-Watch not ticking

Hey guys,

i purchased a Rolex PN from sned 2 months ago every time I winded it up the watch stops ticking after a minute or so but if I have it sitting on the desk it continues to work no problems. Any advice on what to do? Thanks

Its running only in one position? Could be a broken balance staff. Also Try giving it a few gentle taps it could be something is out of place.

Will it run face down on the desk, or only face up? Anything sound loose inside the case? Is this a new onset problem or was it like this when received?

I gave it a couple of taps still not working. If I lay it on it’s side it works fine. This is a new problem btw worked fine when I got it.

Is there anyone CONUS that I can send the watch to for repair?
