1680 crystal repair needed

Hi guys. I'm a noon on the sense that I haven't been around in many years now.
My Franken 1680 has a lot of muck in the crystal from a local service. Would like to find someone who knows how to treat it well and can fix the problem.
Any suggestions?

Why not just take it back to the person who serviced the watch and ask him to clean the crystal - sounds like he was the one who put the dirt on the crystal.

It's not difficult to clean a crystal - remove the bezel ring, remove the retaining ring, remove the crystal, clean it and replace everything.
