PAM 127 and Vendor Question

I am wanting to order a PAM 127 and I am looking at the one made by Noob. I am thinking of getting one from InTime or PureTime.

Three questions.

1. Is one dealer better than the other?
2. Both vendors sell the Noob. Both show the same specs, look the same and the same price. Is there a difference or are they the same watch from both Vendor? Basically a Noob is a Noob?
3. Best way to pay? I see that PureTime takes BitCoin and gives a 5% discount.
