No they won’t. Sharpie mod or not. These people aren’t trained to spot intricate details of watches.
Don’t bring loads of watches but if you have one on your wrist they are extremely unlikely to even look twice.

They may detain you for an extended period of time to investigate the authenticity of the watch, but you will eventually be released. A good tasing is also not out of the question.

If security approaches with dogs- be prepared to run to the nearest water closet and flush twice- the extra weight of the v7 requires it.

Customs once seized my girlfriend for being a short-term rental; never did get her back. To be safe, I would swallow the watch and then poop it out later in relative safety. Wish I had tried that with the gf, but she might not have fit.

Listen, they make Timex replica too...so make sure you have the genuine Timex on.
