You have right but this forum is for watches not for trade practice. We have rules about profiteering.
Every price announced must be respected as is.

If i have available 300 in PP but not 20 for the shipping, i can kindly ask the seller if he likes to be paid 300 right now and hold it a couple of days
since i pay the 20 for shipping. If it was "proper" to bargain offers, it would be public and the final prices would been much higher.

I am not sure if what you says makes any sense. 1st, we are talking about the seller lowering (or not) the price, to accommodate a potential buyer's offer. I struggle to find any sign of profiteering there (unless the buyer then sells it for the previous asking price). On the other point, it's not against the rules to make an offer to the seller, and the seller is under no obligation to either take it or even respond to that. I'd say, live and let live, dude.
