Please help me regulate my own watch

Hey,

I have a V6F Omega rep. The movement is decorated miyota 8015.

I'd like to regulate it myself. I got a software timegrapher working well. I know how to open the case. What do I need to do to slow it down? Pictures of the movement attached.
