I'll start with my trio:

Tool watch - Tudor Pelagos Blue

Casual watch - Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15300 Black (Close second is the Patek Philip 5990 Travel Time)

Dress watch - Arnold & Son DBG Skeleton (Close second is the Arnold & Son Perpetual Moon)

Honorable mention, coolest watch ever - Jaquet Droz Tropical Bird Repeater
