Yes, this seems to be the real deal, word is that H-fac and BP have both been raided, and are gone...at least for now. Historically, these interruptions don't last, though this one does feel a little different.

Maybe. I think the US / Trump is more concerned with copyright theft / unfair competition to US markets and products. Tech, Industrial etc.
