Hi mates !

Anyone knows how to reinstal or to find a plexi for a River 3646 ?
I removed the plexi because i wanted to polish the bezel, and i found a kind of ultra thin and clear gasket all around the plexi....unfortunately it was destroyed after i removed it; it looks like this thin piece was just stuck at the base of the plexi.
The plexi diameter is around 38,5 mm , without his thin gasket !

Thanks for reading ! ;)

Would recommend you buying a Sternkreuz M392 plexi, which is a snug press fit for the River 3646 bezel. With this you’ll also do an upgrade as the shape is superior.

Another option is to glue the old plexi with eg hypo cement, but wouldn’t be my preferred choice.

Thanks for the tip mate ! Will try this Sternkreuz plexi for sure....Unfortunately there is too much space around the plexi in the bezel, as this "gasket" is missing; so even with hypo cement, it's not enough.

M392 is curved top low dome.(like river's but lower dome)
N392 is flat top low dome
HW392 is flat top high dome

Of course a matter of taste. Personally I prefer the M.

39.2mm is the right size for a snug fit. No gasket, no glue (or.just a very thin layer). If needed you can set the plexi in the freezer for an hour or so to shrink it a little and try again, but I never had to do this on river's case.
