Hey all, I recently purchased my first rep a JF AP 15400 in rose gold. Love the watch, but the date starts changing at 11 p.m., and the lume is working at all.

Is there anything I can have done about these issues (other than buy a gen of course)? Thanks!

If it bothers you, you can take it to for repairs; not something easy to change at home unless you know what you're doing.

Do you know which movement you have? It is !y understanding that the JF should have an A2824 which should have a quick date change right at midnight. Some other movements have a slow progressive date change such as the 7750. If yours has the 2824, the movement needs to be looked at. As far as lume, it should have lume. Are you charging it by exposing to sunlight or UV light source?

Thanks for all the quick replies! The movement is the MIYOTA 9015 24J. It just starts to change at 11 p.m., and drives me crazy for some reason. I don't think I have the experience to fix it myself. Anyone have a recommendation of someone on the forum in the US to send it to for a fix?

Also, with respect to the lume, I have exposed it to sunlight, still nothing. Maybe I just have to get it re-lumed?

That Thread must be a joke? You are really sitting there at midnight and looking at your watch for the date change? Sorry but :D

Regarding the date flip, that is just the way the Miyota 9015 changes date. There's not much to be done about that except perhaps changing the movement.

A bit late, but did you fix it? Or does the miyota 9015 change the date slowly?

I'm pretty sure the Miyota 9015 has ONLY a progressive date change, NOT a quick date change at midnight like eta and eta clones... Please correct me if I'm wrong

Oh guys... I really can't understand people that can't stand the progressive date change. Really, is that a problem?! There are a lot of things that are wrong in the reps!

I have a PPF Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 with the miyota 9015.

My date starts to change slowly, which I am fine. But the date snaps to the next date at 1150pm.

Anyone else? My TD not giving me a good reply.
