My wrists are just 6", I stay away from anything over 40mm. Here's the cheap version of Nivka 's gorgeous JF V2 15450. The cheapie is 37mm too, but quite thicker at 12.2mm instead:

Still considering the upgrade, but will look into m2m for a while instead of going the TD route.

Thanks mate! I'm quite hesitant to just sell it as a catch & release and go for the JF V2 straight, to be honest. I'm 100% convinced so why not going for the best option out there?

Recently acquired an IWC 5007 at 42mm on a 6.5in wrist. I was concerned it would be too large on my small wrists but it's quite nice. Now I'm considering a 5009 Big Pilot but that might be overkill.

anyone with a 15450/15400 on a 17cm wrist?

This is a 15450 on 15.25cm (6 inches):

I think it's the perfect size. Mine is the cheap 21j version, I will probably upgrade to the proper Miyota JF v2 version in a while (need to get some funds).

I think this is a rather distasteful comment in this thread. It also shows a deep lack of knowledge of basic anatomy, as wrist size is just genetic, there's no way to increase your wrist size with exercise.

Really? Hmmm.. Seems like You have never heard of forearms workouts.. and no am not trying to disgrace anyone thats just my opinion :)

Thank you for saying that on behalf of all of us.

You can have the opinion that water flows upwards and light doesn't shine. That does not change the fact that it's not true and that your comment is out of place. This is a thread for people with small wrists, hence coming here to say what we should or should not do is not appreciated, at least not by me. I'd say you can crawl back to your gym, dude.
