Where to find this 3-6-9 explorer dial for 5513 sub?

Hello,
A housemate of mine is looking for a 3-6-9 glossy dial to make an early 1962-5 5513 PCG with this type of dial.
We have not been able to source it. No MQ, Phong, or Ruby has this dial.
Does anyone know of another source that has a relatively correct dial. It must be meters first, they never made a feet first 5513 369 dial.

There are multiple people collaborating on this project. One would be "me" Multiple people becomes "we" I'm trying to use proper english.

The issue has now been revealed that the vagueness of the questions was because someone at this house - Jeff- was banned in the past from RWI for being a jerk.
