It was really simple. First answer on Google is the following. In Canada it was always legal to own and buy replicas but not legal to sell them. And also it's illegal to cross the border with them because of smuggling illegal goods for purpose of resale. I heard of stories when people want to avoid the sales tax on overseas watch so they claim it's a replica at the airport customs and get smashed on the spot.
Best course of action was saying it was not purchased by you, please send it back, and let me know as much as you can about the shipment so I can look into this identity theft case. There are legit cases where people use other's identity to ship illegal goods to, just to steal the package off the porch.
