Can anyone help determine Replicas

I was gifted these from my ex. I wanted to know if they are real or replicas. And please justify the reasoning please.

...ok, I'll try to be nice.... they are low end reps. At a glance, the top one has zero date magnification and horrible diamond surrounds on the dial, the bottom dial should read oyster perpetual date as it has a date which is poorly aligned.
