I am curious though. Why would authoritis in china like to close these factories?
It is known that the chinese could`nt care less for copyrights, registered TM etc.
Fiat corporation tried taking legal actions against a chinese car maker, who copied
the FIAT panda. A chinese court turned Fiat down.

Moreover, as the OP stated, this is a lucrative industry, be it watches, cellular phones,
clothing and so on.
