I'm brand new so forgive me if I couldn't find this topic already on the forum. This would be my first replica as well. I think I have settled on a ROO RG (rose gold) that has been plated by what the TD calls 5 Mils Thick plating from the JF Factory. I'm wondering if anyone has previously bought a RG 5 Mils plated ROO and what their experience with the Rose Gold Staying on the watch and not wearing off?
How long did it last before you noticed the gold to have worn off in certain areas? Where did it wear and how much? Did you wear the watch in the shower and go swimming with it pools? Also, was your watch 5 mils thick plated?
