Im new at this and have questions. Is it possible to find something with a blank dial? I got into this with the idea of getting a solid well made watch without the branded high markup and figured this was the best way to go about it. I went to an Asian mfg for a "sample watch" with no markings and got one that was branded. Any way to go about this or how to de-brand what I got?

Solid well made watch and rep don’t go hand in hand. They’re OK at best but you would need to get it professionally serviced for longevity. If you want a “solid well made watch”, save your Money for a Gen.
