Visa is not supported on his e-site - just Master Card

I just got the mail that the item has been shipped.
But what makes me worry: They did not send me QC Photos of the Watch.

Whats wrong here?

We always send QC pictures before shipping. Please check if you can find the email in your spam folders.

Yeah ive found the QC Pictures in my Spam Mail Folder.
It was the wrong Modell. Now they say theyve send the watch already and i have to wait till the watch arrives and then send it back. Thats not a acceptable solution for me at all.

Thats not a solution for me. This will take 8 Weeks or so.
QC pics is the one thing - but sending the comepletly wrong modell is another story.

The fault is not on my side here.
Lets please find a solution - just want my ordered watch.

Maybe i can pay a safety amount and you send me the right modell asap.
Once i send you the wrong one back . you will send my money back.

Very disappointed right now.

Puretime will send me new QC Pics the next days and will shipp the correct watch.

Sorry for the mistake. Luckily we have shipped via UK so we will return the package when it's delivered to the UK agent. At the meantime, we will provide new QC pictures for the correct watch ASAP.
