Ordered send back to sender. Didn't even manage to leave the sorting center.

Wondering if anyone has ever experience this before? On the EMS Tracking, the package went to the sorting Center and got sent straight back to the sender. I also emailed Elena at puretime but she hasn't replied me yet and ems said it has returned to sender for the past 2 days.

It didn't get past China Customs, it didn't leave the country.

Yes, it didn't pass the customs and returned . Shipping company has resent it and here is the new tracking : EV906579106CN if you have not recieved the email from us.
