Was that purchased from a TD on this site? Also, comparing your QA images that I assume you approved before shipping, are those defects visible?
What was the response from your “dealer” when you identified the issues.
As the other member mentioned, glue is easily removed, other defects, well......

Dealer Rure Time. Traces of glue, I don't bother think they can clean up the problem in the case of the crown and the hair inside the case.

I don’t think I’ve ever bought a watch from China that didn’t have at least a couple of pubes inside.

We need a supporting vendor that specialises in pube removal.

To chip in.
My last order from Pure Time also had hair INSIDE the dial.
I noticed it on the QC pics though, and after a back and forth (they didn't seem to understand anything was wrong), they realized and let their watchmaker remove it.

I use Theonewatches and he supplies a service that “supposedly” cleans and oils the watch for a small fee. I have used that service with him on 8 watches and they are all cherry. Now, they might just open up the back and blow compressed air on the movement, but so far it’s worked fine for me.

To be honest, if I received a watch in that condition, I would go bat shit crazy.

It’s always funny if it happens to somebody else. OP’s not laughing. This is a serious issue, and I wish you would address it as such. If you can’t handle it with the appropriate maturity it deserves please go elsewhere.

As always you are truly the protector of the noobs. From henceforth I shall no longer call it the pubic hair in this thread... I shall now refer to it as the happy trail in this most serious of circumstances. .

Does he use genuine, swiss grade happy trail hairs in his movement service?

Anyone confirmed if the hair is a 1:1 rep? How does it compare to the gen? Any side by side comparison pics?

  • [h=2]Good day! Bought my first watch - the quality and support are disgusting. Glue on the bezel, crooked made of watchcase, hair under glass, defect on the strap. Support, the photo sees nothing and several times asks for a new picture and say to wipe with a cloth! This is bullying![/h]

I am sorry for what happened. Have you tried to clean the "glue" ? The hair might be easy to be removed by a watchsmith. Can you please PM me your order number ? We can disscuss further through PM. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
