Was that purchased from a TD on this site? Also, comparing your QA images that I assume you approved before shipping, are those defects visible?
What was the response from your “dealer” when you identified the issues.
As the other member mentioned, glue is easily removed, other defects, well......
Dealer Rure Time. Traces of glue, I don't bother think they can clean up the problem in the case of the crown and the hair inside the case.
I smell it just by looking at the picsNever mind. I found the pube pics. Can you smell it while wearing the watch?
It’s always funny if it happens to somebody else. OP’s not laughing. This is a serious issue, and I wish you would address it as such. If you can’t handle it with the appropriate maturity it deserves please go elsewhere.
I use Theonewatches and he supplies a service that “supposedly” cleans and oils the watch for a small fee. I have used that service with him on 8 watches and they are all cherry. Now, they might just open up the back and blow compressed air on the movement, but so far it’s worked fine for me.
To be honest, if I received a watch in that condition, I would go bat shit crazy.

- [h=2]Good day! Bought my first watch - the quality and support are disgusting. Glue on the bezel, crooked made of watchcase, hair under glass, defect on the strap. Support, the photo sees nothing and several times asks for a new picture and say to wipe with a cloth! This is bullying![/h]
I don’t think I’ve ever bought a watch from China that didn’t have at least a couple of pubes inside.
We need a supporting vendor that specialises in pube removal.
Pube-Away Watch & Co.
