Watch won’t work after 1 month

I did message pure time when the watch was first delivery to say there was issues with the watch unfortunately they didn’t offer any other solution than to ship it back which would most likely cause further issues.

the watch has now completely stopped working let’s see what they do now, to be honest I just want a refund and to send the watch back there has been too many issues from the get go.
