Great customer service w/ puretime but I don't understand I broke my own watch and blame them

Patsandchick: I'm not sleeping on rocks, I'm used to sleep in a warm, cosy and soft bed... Honestly, do you really think wearing a watch whilst sleeping may cause in damaging it?! If you think so, how do you think about looking at the watch, will this cause in damaging the crown? ;-)))
