After requesting a refund for a btc order, I was instructed to send my btc address in an email reply. As soon as I did, I got an error message saying that email provider of the recipient refuses my email.
Then, I tried sending an email to billing. I don´t know if this worked and I never got a reply.
Then I tried contacting via chat on the website. I got a reply back saying "I will tell my team." That was last week. I asked again yesterday and today but no response.
I never heard something like "we will refund you in "x" amount of days" or "your refund is being processed". The reason why this is very annoying is because bitcoin fluctuates.
I can´t just sit around and realize that 3 days ago I got refunded because by then, the value of the money can have changed.
So, can someone please tell me what is going on?
