I honestly think that if you run into any frivolous or unmanageable customers, you should direct them to this exact post. Reading this has given me quite an expected shipping delay expectancy - BUT, now that I know what you have described in the first post, I would be more than WILLING to give you guys a few extra days or even weeks to get my product up to date with your latest order of parts to create the watch I am willing to purchase. So if it's not clear, thank you for being so honest and descriptive of the complex process that's involved in the production of your fine time pieces. I have yet to be an owner of a nice rep, but damn it, if I'm going to buy my first piece from anybody.. expect an order from me, PureTime.

. All the reviews I have read are positive and I intend to make a purchase. My first concern is that I read a review that they are actually a Bridal Company should I be concerned? I noticed Puretime(Angus ) is a member of this forum, Do I attempt op order through this channel or the web site. Anyone who has received product from Puretime your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize in advance if this query is posted in the wrong location.

Myles.

I've dealt with Angus at PureTime quite a bit and he is very respected on here.

The 'Bridal' part of his business facilitates PayPal payment for watches.

You've nothing to be concerned about.
