Frustrated with No Communication

Order placed and paid on the 11th of May.
Payment confirmation received on 12th of May.
Order # 100253342.

Email sent 25th of May casually asking if everything is okay and on track. Sent to their sales email address. No response.

2nd email sent on the 27th, this time to both the sales and QC email address no response.

3rd email sent on 2nd of June to again checking if everything is okay with the order. Surprise surprise no response again.

Getting quite annoyed with the lack of communication here.

Have you tried sending mails from an other mail-provider? I remember reading that there have been problems with one. Normally they are quite fast with responding; within 24 hours... There will be an answer here, soon - I am sure. puretime
