Missing watch from puretimewatch.io

I purchased a Daytona from thewatchoutlet but all the commo has come from elena @ puretimewatch.io. I bought the watch in early December and was told on 12/17/2019 that

WO3885 had shipped. I has shown "in preparation" on the tracking site since then with no further information. It appears I have wasted the money.

thewatchoutlet and puretimewatch.io are both our websites. It is not surprised if you had conversations from Elena @ puretimewatch.io . I have asked the shipping company and they told us your package is in normal transisting. It's probably get delayed due to the Christmas/ new year.

I don’t think it will show in USPS site until it lands in the US. You probably want to check it on 17track.net

I have asked the shipping company and they told us your package is in normal transisting.

You've lost 10 days of shipping because of Christmas, wait another 7 days, then if it still hasn't arrived contact Puretime by email, asking them politely to try and track your package.

I saw an update this morning. The watch is in USA and in transit. Hopefully it will be here soon.
