Pulled the trigger First buy from PureTime - AP Royal Oak SS 41mm

Hello community. im a massive watch fan -

researched around and pulled the trigger on PureTime as a first time buyer they set them self to be the best as far as i read.

I ordered the watch online through the website today.
Payment was made from MC
i purchased the $458 option, i hope its updated to 2019 looks and etc

So I got my QC pictures in last week the lens had some dust inside of it which they cleaned and sent me QC pics again and I approved it.

However when the watch came my back roter (winding Time movement) is not moving at all the gold part of the watch that’s the spinner for winding is not working at all stuck in one place

so time would just stop , when I wear the correct time
Really unhappy I waited a long time for this watch

please help me sort this problem
