Puretime Email Server Down?

I purchased a watch and sent BTC payment last week to Puretime and have not heard anyhting back. Ive now tried to email them three days in a row and everyone of thier published enail addreses come back as undeliverable.

anyone know what is going on?

ive had seveeal positive transactions with Puretime over the past two years.

mostly looking to hear back from them and have them confirm my payment for my order.
