Not sure if the grey dial matches that of the original 5711G-001, blue and white dials on leather are fantasy models.

*date 13 is the ppf v4
*date 20 is the ppf v3

Congrats mate. It looks beautiful! The difference in dials is nearly invisible. Just a little more bluer than v3.

Thanks for the comparison. It looks like the black gradient is just more pronounced compared to the V3.

The time markers look much better aligned with the new dial. Some are bent in the v3

V4 looks real good. Too bad I just got the V3. In comparison the improvement makes a big difference.

As well as any real shine/sunburst, looks a bit flat/muted. However, it's still worth it given the price and scarcity of a genuine blue dial.

I think it can still be considered a valid update..anyway, the light conditions make the big difference.

Why they can't get a simple plain black on white font right is baffling

Still lacking the green tint

the green tint is not on every 5711. There are several batches of dial depending of the year of production. the recent ones have less green tint than the ones from 2012 for example. Not all 5711 have the same blue color ... I havent seen yet recent gen (2017+) so I can't say but it wouldnt surprise me to see a gen this colour
